At Mantis Mowing, we understand that well-maintained lawn is essential for enhancing your property’s curb appeal and ensuring a healthy outdoor environment. Our professional lawn mowing services are designed to keep your grass looking lush and vibrant all season long.

Our Services include:

• Expert Mowing – We use top-of-the-line equipment to achieve a clean, precise cut that promotes healthy growth while ensuring a manicured appearance.
• Height Adjustment – We tailor the grass cutting height to suit your lawn’s specific needs, whether it’s to encourage growth or to prepare for the seasonal changes.
• Trimming – Trimming the edges around the walkways, driveways, and flower beds is included to give the yard that finishing touch.
• Blowing – Blowing debris on walkways and driveways is included in the mowing service to make sure the property is left with a fresh appearance.

***Edging is provided on a needed basis (typically once or twice a season) at a separate rate from the scheduled mowing service. To provide a polished finish, we offer edging around the walkways, driveways, and flower beds ensuring that every part of your lawn looks the best.

Rates

• Seasonal Rate – April 1^st – Mid-November
• Weekly – Starting at $40 per week (includes trimming & blowing)
• (Approx. $100 per acre)

One-Time Cut

• Starting at $60 per cut
• *Edging starts at $20 per service (typically needed 1-2 times per season)

Lawn Aeration

At Mantis Mowing, we believe a healthy lawn starts from the ground up. Our lawn aeration services are designed to enhance the health and vitality of your grass, promoting a lush, green landscape you can be proud of.

What is Lawn Aeration?

Lawn aeration is the process of perforating the soil with holes to allow air, water, and nutrients to penetrate deeply into the root zone. This helps alleviate soil compaction, promotes root growth, and enhances the overall health of the lawn.

• Core Aeration – Using specialized equipment, we remove small plugs of soil from your lawn, creating channels that improve airflow and nutrient absorption. This service is typically applied once every couple years and performed on a needed basis.

Rates

• Starting at $125 (typically needed once per season)
  • ¼ – ½ acre – $150
  • ½ – 1 acre – $150 – $225
  • Over one acre at starts at $250
• * Aeration penetrates the ground up to 6 inches. We are not liable for damage to cables and irrigation.

Mulching

At Mantis Mowing, we understand that mulching is more than just an aesthetic choice; it’s an essential practice for maintaining a healthy and vibrant landscape. Our professional mulching services enhance the beauty of your garden while providing numerous benefits for your plants and soil. This practice helps conserve moisture, suppress weeds, and regulate soil temperature.

• Custom Material Selection – We offer a variety of mulch types, including hardwood, pine nuggets or needles, or rubber mulch, allowing you to choose the best option for your garden’s needs

Rates

• $150 per yard installed
• (Approx. One (1) yard per 100sf)
• * Prep work is separate and quoted based on specific needs. * Delivery charges may apply for larger jobs.

Fall Cleanup

As the leaves change color and Autumn settles in, Mantis Mowing is here to help you transition your landscape into the Winter months with our comprehensive fall cleanup and leaf removal services. Keeping your yard tidy not only enhances curb appeal but also promotes the health of your lawn and garden.

• Leaf Removal – We will efficiently remove fallen leaves from your lawn, flower beds, and pathways, ensuring your property looks neat and well-maintained. We offer raking and blower services to accommodate your specific needs. If your neighborhood has a collection service, we will make sure the leaves are at the curb and ready for collection. (We are not responsible for wind blowing leaves after they have been moved to the curb)
