My name is Dan Lambert. I was born and raised in Loveland, Ohio. With eight years as a property manager, my experience has allowed me to develop the skills necessary to address the many needs in maintaining properties and their surroundings. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are values that have been instilled in me from a young age. I take pride in the work I do and treat each property as if it was my own.

Throughout my life I have learned the value of communication in all relationships, including with my customers. I ensure that notifications and updates will be delivered based on the customer’s preferred method — whether it be phone, text, or email.
